The form guides tenants through the termination process and automatically displays their notice period. Once the tenant has completed the form, we immediately receive all the necessary information to avoid missing any details later in the process. 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲: The form consists of several sections that adapt based on the tenant's input to ensure that we collect all relevant information: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Contains the tenant's personal details, such as name, email, phone number, and customer number. 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 – Information about the tenant's bank, so we know where to send the deposit refund and any other reimbursements. 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 – The tenant's desired termination date. 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 – Allows the tenant to specify the reason for termination and provide any additional feedback. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Section where the tenant consents to the processing of their information and confirms the termination. 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: The form is configured to send a notification in a JSON-like format to a specific email address, which then triggers our automation in Power Automate. This setup ensures that all necessary data is automatically transferred into the system and initiates the subsequent termination flow. 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: The form includes complex HTML and scripts, which may lead to errors if modifications are made. Changes should therefore be avoided without thorough testing. If a change does not go through as expected, it may be necessary to clear the cache to ensure the update is applied.
